During these years, confidence often fluctuates. Emotions intensify. Social awareness expands. Expectations increase.
Many teen girls appear capable on the outside while quietly struggling with self-doubt on the inside.
My role is not to fix, diagnose, or label.
My role is to provide structured, supportive guidance that helps teen girls build confidence, emotional awareness, and self-trust.
Through the CONFIDENT Framework, I guide clients as they develop practical tools they can use in real life — at school, in friendships, and within themselves.
I believe teen girls do not need to become someone different. They need support in becoming secure in who they already are.
Coaching is non-therapeutic and skill-based, and I work collaboratively with parents to ensure clarity and appropriate support.
My work complements therapy when appropriate and supports families seeking skill-based development in a professional, supportive environment.
